  • How can I get a quote for cleaning my home?

    We make it very simple. Call us, contact us via email, or fill out our contact form on our website.

  • Free parking is not available in my complex. Is this added to the cost of my cleaning?

    Yes. In instances where we are required to pay for parking, this fee is added to the total for your cleaning.

  • Is a tip already included in the cost of my cleaning?

    No. All of our pricing does not include any tips or gratuity.

  • Am I expected to tip my cleaning crew?

    While your cleaning crew will appreciate any gratuity for a job well done, it is not required.

  • I have decided that I want to tip my cleaning crew. What amount is customary?

    We get this question all the time. While there is no magic number, those who choose to tip generally give around $5 – $20 per cleaner.

  • Do you offer discounts for regular cleanings?

    We sure do! We offer discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services.

Billing and Cancelations


  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We are a credit card-only company. As such, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

  • What is your refund policy?

    While we do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll send someone out to make things right. That’s our promise to you!

Safety and Security


  • Do you run background checks on your cleaning staff?

    Yes. We run detailed background and reference checks on each cleaner before they can join our team.

  • Is Visibly Cleaning Services bonded and insured?

    Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Cleaning Products Used


  • Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies?

    No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.

  • What if I have a specific product that I would like your cleaning staff to use? Can I provide it to them?

    More than likely. While these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, we can more than likely accommodate your needs.

Service-Related Questions


  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. However, if this is your first appointment, it’s usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it’s also a good idea to walk through the home again to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

  • How many cleaners can I expect to perform the cleaning?

    We typically send 1 or 2 cleaners to each job depending on the size of the home to be cleaned.

  • Can the cleaners move/lift any furniture?

    Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all our cleaners are NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture.

  • Will my cleaning team be able to reach high windows and cobwebs that may require a ladder?

    No. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, all our cleaners are NOT allowed to stand on any ladders, stepping stools, or furniture. However, they do carry dusting poles, which will enable them to reach an additional 3 – 5 feet.

Office/Commercial Cleaning


  • How can I get a quote for the cleaning of my office/commercial location?

    We make it very simple. Call us, contact us via email, or fill out our contact form on our website. Once we have that information, a Visibly Cleaning Services representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a ballpark estimate. If that estimate sounds good to you, we will then need to schedule a short site visit to finalize that quote.

  • Do you require any contracts for your recurring commercial cleaning services?

    Yes. Our recurring commercial cleaning services require a 6-month commitment. Don’t worry, though. We allow you to try our services without any commitment for 30 days. If you would like to continue working with us after that 30-day trial period, only then does the 6-month commitment come into play.
